Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Design and plan outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial properties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings using CAD, AutoCAD, or other design software
- Incorporate elements such as hardscapes, gardens, water features, and sustainable practices into designs
- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs to ensure they are executed correctly
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in landscape design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, GIS, or other design software
- Strong design and drafting skills
- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
- Experience in sales or client management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience gardening, and/or construction
-Bilingual - Spanish/English
-Artistic experience
- Understanding of sustainable building practices
- Background in garden design or maintenance
